Worked at a dealership for detailing. Literally didn’t have to do any of the covering bs and protecting shit. Just run your engine and apply cleaning product then be a few feet away with pressure washer and do quick sweeps over the engine and components and whalla it’s clean

What you demonstrated seemed like nothing soap and water can't handle . If you demonstrated on greasy gears or a BBQ grill then I'd be partially convinced and willing to try .

I'm pretty sure this wax is clear coat safe for all of you asking. ALMOST ALL waxes have a certain amount of cleaners because they are cleaner waxes. This product does not mention it is a polishing product , polishes are way more abrasive to the paint. The product contains SMAT, Super Micro Abrasive technology.. It is a synthetic wax with carnuba.

Id rather enter into a room full of zombies before throwing water like these inside a car engine

You didn't cover the Alternator when cleaning?

There is absolutely no reason why you can't wash your engine bay down as long a you protect sensitive electronic components for example the mass air flow sensor. Also using a pressure washer is a real bad idea, taking your car to the DIY carwash and spraying your engine bay down with the high pressure wand could get your car on a tow truck in short order. A garden hose and some degreaser, maybe an assortment of brushes for the tough and hard to reach spots will do the trick.
